Who we are
We’re a small practice with big ambitions and a desire to affect change in our community. We love ideas, and energy, and we’re determined to deliver architecture we can be proud of.
Our mission is to create a workplace that nurtures learning, collaboration, and confidence. We also know how complicated life can be, so we’re keen to provide flexibility for staff to help with children, family arrangements, and all of life’s other matters.
We’re also really interested to hear from candidates with passion projects and research concepts that we can support.
Skills
- Must be passionate and enthusiastic about residential architecture, design and interiors.
- Excellent design, graphical and technical skills.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills with confidence to express ideas in a client-facing role.
- Must be a strong team player with a good attitude and an eye for detail.
- Have an interest in innovative technology and a willingness to test ideas.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. Revit and/or ArchiCad experience beneficial
- At least one year of experience in practice is preferable
- Excellent spoken and written English.
