There's a buzz in the office after we submitted planning for this new-build home in the Galleywood area of Chelmsford.
The client originally sought to extend their bungalow but after we uncovered stuctural defects to some of the existing walls the decision was taken to pursue a new-build project. Fingers crossed and as ever, we'll keep you updated with progress! S40
